Shale is a Principal at Guideboat Capital Partners and is involved with the firm's sourcing, due diligence and portfolio management initiatives. Prior to joining GCP, Shale was a Principal at Cypress Growth Capital, a Dallas-based investment firm focused on software and technology-enabled services companies. Shale previously spent three years with CIC Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm that invests primarily in the food, restaurant, healthcare and energy industries. He also served as Vice President of Finance & Sales Operations for BroadJump, a CIC portfolio company. Shale began his career as an investment banker at JP Morgan.
