Prior to joining Guideboat, Reed was Managing Partner at SRC Advisors, where he advised business owners, management teams, and investors on capital markets strategy, investor communications, and long-term positioning. His background spans capital advisory, strategic planning, and executive-level counsel, bringing a steady, experienced perspective to complex capital decisions.

Reed earned his undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University.
