Kyle is a Principal at Guideboat Capital Partners and is responsible for sourcing opportunities, transaction structuring, diligence, deal closing and working with management teams on strategy and initiative execution. Prior to joining GCP, he was at The Sterling Group, a Houston based private equity firm with over $2.2 billion of AUM, focusing on manufacturing and distribution businesses in the industrial sector. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients primarily in the consumer, retail and manufacturing sectors on a variety of topics.

Kyle received an MBA from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics and B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
