Ellen Prinzi

Ellen Prinzi is a senior marketing and growth executive serving as CMO in Residence at Guideboat Capital, where she partners with portfolio company leadership teams to build scalable, repeatable growth engines that drive revenue and enterprise value.
Prior to joining Guideboat, Ellen served as Fractional CMO for The Light Park, a Guideboat portfolio company.
Ellen brings deep experience across experiential entertainment, live events, and performance marketing. She previously held senior leadership roles at FlyteVu, an entertainment and culture marketing agency, and founded Olio City Media, which was acquired in 2019, giving her firsthand experience navigating growth, operations, and exit dynamics.
Earlier in her career, Ellen worked in baseball operations and media relations for the St. Louis Cardinals and San Francisco Giants, developing a strong foundation in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
At Guideboat, Ellen focuses on positioning, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition and retention, and building marketing infrastructure that supports disciplined, profitable growth. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
